Summary of Complaint: This is a civil action against Alejo Ganut, Ferdinand Marcos, Imelda Marcos, and other defendants aforementioned, to recover from them ill-gotten wealth consisting of funds and other property which they, in unlawful concert with one another and acquired and accumulated in flagrant breach of trust and the Constitution and laws of the Republic, thus resulting unjust enrichment. Defendant Alejo Ganut, taking undue advantage of his relationship, influence and connection by himself and/or in unlawfully concert with the Marcoses, embarked upon strategems, devices and schemes to unjustly enrich himself at the expenses of the plaintiff and the Filipinos, among others; acted as conduit of purloined funds by depositing said funds estimated at several millions of pesos in bank accounts maintained by Ganut; acquired properties and had the same registered in the names of Teresita Ganut, Fe Ganut, Erminda Tagana and Adelia Divina Ganut, in order to conceal his interest and ownership of said parcels of land to the grave and irreparable damage of the Plaintiff and the Filipinos.
