
Francis B. Joves completed his elementary education in Talugtug West Elementary School where he was the batch Valedictorian. He was a working student as he pursued his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Polytechnic University of the Philippines and was a grantee of the Mary Queen Scholarship Program. He was blessed with an opportunity to work in the Office of the Presidential Adviser for Special Concerns (OPASC) under the Office of the President as an Accounting Assistant. In May 2006, he became a legal assistant at the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG). He was also an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant and a Volunteer Paralegal under the Department of Justice (DOJ) Transition Team – Office of the Secretary of Justice. Currently, he is entrusted as the Commission Secretary of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG).
Working for the Commission motivated him to earn his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Manila in 2013.
