We are pleased to inform you that the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) has approved to award the contract for the supply of purified drinking water of the PCGG for the year 2016 in favor of GLOBAL QUALITY WATERS & ENVIROMENTAL SOLUTION TECHNOLOGIES, INC. during its small value procurement bidding held on 18 September 2015 with a bid price of P38.00/5-gallon jug.
In accordance with the bidding guidelines and the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act), you are hereby given ten (10) calendar days upon receipt hereof to post the required performance security in favor of the PCGG and to accept, sign and execute the contract for the supply of purified drinking water.
