Function/Duties Responsibilities:

  1. Directs the activities of the Legal Support Services and exercises supervision over the Docket Section;
  2. Drafts and reviews legal memoranda, reports and recommendations by conducting legal research and field studies to provide support in the litigation of cases,  administration of corporate affairs and concerns of the Commission;
  3. Reviews contracts, memoranda, opinions and other documents for the signature of the interim Head and/or Commissioner-In-Charge;
  4. Conducts research, investigation and field studies as directed;
  5. As may be assigned,  coordinates with the OSG PCGG Task Force,  other local/foreign government agencies or private entities/offices;
  6. As may be directed,  represents the Commissioner-In-Charge or Interim Head in meetings,  conferences or hearings ;
  7. Sits as members of special task forces to work on legal concerns,  upon the direction of the Commissioner-In-Charge;
  8. As may be directed,  sits and functions as member of vital committees in the agency,  when a representative of the Legal Department,  preferably a legal practitioner, is needed;
  9. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by the Commissioner-In-Charge.

Position Title               :           ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V

Function/Duties Responsibilities:

  1. Receives and authenticates the source of original documents from within and without the Commission and files these documents at the appropriate secure locations designated by the Commission
  2. For newly received documents and records, transcribes these into Document Capture Forms as a basis for computerizing key information for the Commission’s reference or retrieval, as the case may be
  3. Encodes the information contained in the document capture forms
  4. Receives duly approved requests for document copies, retrieves the responsive documents and processes the request on a timely basis
  5. Where original documents are requested by the Commission’s Lawyers for purposes of presentation before the courts, withdraws such original documents from the appropriate files, duly records such withdrawal and accompanies the original documents in the course of its transportation
  6. Maintains a file of complete copies of all original documents and records received by the Commission
  7. Performs limited research activities to ensure the accurate transcription, encoding and filing of documents 
  8. Performs other functions as may be required by the Research Director.

  2. Encode application system requirements by converting detailed designs into computer language.
  3. Redesign source codes for systems undergoing maintenance and/or update.
  4. Confirm program operation by conducting unit tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes as needed.
  5. Troubleshoot system bugs and issues in existing application systems.
  6. Conduct end-user training upon completion of software development/enhancement as needed.
